We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. We ship Monday through Friday, using DHL and USPS, generally within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of your order.
Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within five to nine business days. Keep in mind carrier delays can extend this timeframe. If your order takes longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to track it down. With lost packages, we’ll provide you with a store credit or a replacement product in lieu of a refund.
We offer a 30-day return policy.
If you’d like to make a return, email us at email@example.com immediately to begin the return process. We accept unopened, unused, and sealed products and will provide a shipping label.
The return processing fee ($1.50) and the shipping label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount once we receive the item(s) back at our facility and have determined that they are in an ‘unopened, unused, and sealed’ condition.
All returns must be received within 30 days of receival of your order. If the 30-day window has passed, a refund or exchange can’t be given.
